We've designed a comprehensive program for those seeking the perfect balance between physical activity and social interaction. Our program combines a stay at our Day Care with personalized Expeditions, ensuring your companion maintains their vitality in a controlled and sophisticated environment.
Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to protect the operation of the dog hotel and spa, provide clarity to clients, and align with common practices in the pet hospitality industry in Mexico. 1. Free Cancellations • Up to 48 hours before the reserved service (stay, daycare, spa, or walk). • Cancellations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email. • 100% refund if payment has already been made. 2. Late Cancellations • Less than 48 hours before the service: • 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. • Less than 24 hours or no-show: • 100% of the amount will be retained. 3. Date Changes • One free change is permitted if requested at least 48 hours in advance. • Subsequent changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4. Promotional or Discounted Services • These are non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure. 5. Cancellations Due to Medical Reasons or Force Majeure • An exception may be requested with a medical certificate or supporting documentation. • Le Maison Woof reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
